Butternut Woolly Worm is totally awesome! She is doing great with her eating, and did the best she has done so far, and was able to run 20 minutes! Awesome job!!!

Australian Caper Gull has quit sugar, and has been doing SO awesome. She is doing all she is suppose to, and she did 150 sit-ups! Good for you!
Magenta Dragonfly has a very busy life, with lots of little ones demanding her attention. She is striving to do better with her eating. She has come a long way. When she gets free time, she tries to get some exercise in. You're doing great!!
Pipevine Swallowtail - where are you?
Treehopper did great with exercising and lifting weights. She did have a taste of cookies she had to make for scouting. Understandable, for sure! She has been having no sweets in the evening, though & that is HUGE! Way to go!
Dogbane Beetle got a gym membership!! Yea! She is so excited, and so are we! She has been trying really hard to eat better, and she truly has been doing great! She is also cutting down on her coffee, and has made a huge step in the right direction!! You are amazing!!!
Damsel Fly is really doing terrific! I love her attitude! She went to a huge party today. She did have one small slice of cheesecake, but didn't wash it down with brownies. She did super!
Big Greasy Butterfly laughed in the face of temptation! Her family ate ice cream in front of her, and she did not partake! Way to go!! She is losing weight and her pants are getting looser! Great job! Your hard work is paying off!
Luna Moth did great today. She had a very busy day, and realized she didn't really have dinner. So at 8:30 she had a little healthy snack. She is staying strong to no sugar. Great job!
Black Witch is sticking to her amazing work out routine. She is doing really good with eating, but she allows herself to have a treat now and then. I think that is great! Keep it up!!!
Camel Cricket has this down to a science. She is doing great with eating and exercise. She is taking some time away this weekend with her family! Good for you!! Have a fun time!
Ladybug - where are you?
Inchworm has been doing pretty good. Her daughter found a hidden stash of candy, and that got her! She ate them too. But, she was honest and she is trying harder. She also had a suggestion that she got from her personal trainer: "
A couple years ago I was working out with a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness and she told me to take my vitamins TWICE A DAY everyday. I take a multivitamin. You should take the multivitamin in the morning with your breakfast and with/after your lunch. The reason is because you body will absorb what it needs and discard the rest...So for instance, If you drink a glass of milk in the morning with your pill your body will absorb the vitamin D from the milk first (because its easier to digest) and discard the vitamin D from the pill. BUT then in the afternoon you take your multivitamin with a glass of water. Now your body is running low of the vitamin D so it will get it from the pill. Does that make sense? You should NOT do this with every vitamin especially iron. I would just stick to a multivitamin. It will help a TON with your energy levels. It really helps with those down times after lunch. Just trust me and try it for a week. I promise you will notice a difference."
