Luna Moth had a so-so day. Still trying to get up the energy to exercise. She ate pretty well, but did slip up a bit. She is determined to exercise this week! You can do this!!

Australian Caper Gull did great today! She went out to dinner, and without thinking, had a drink of her son's Sprite. She didn't exercise, but she is truly doing amazing!

Butternut Woolly Worm has had no sugar and no soda, in fact, she says she is not even craving them anymore! She loves this, and so do we! She is having a hard time getting all her water in though, for she doesn't know when she'll be near a bathroom. You are doing super!!!

Treehopper had an excellent day! She had NO sugar! Way to go!! It is so tough, but you are doing it! We are so proud of you! Keep it up!!!

.

Dogbane Beetle has exercised 3 days in a row!! That is so awesome! She is starting to really feel it in her muscles, but is very positive and excited. She did have a sweet treat after lunch, but is doing wonderful in all other areas! Keep it up! You are amazing!
.

Carpenter Bee is really struggling. What can we do to help? She is so busy with kids and house. We all know how crazy that can get. I will try to help you out this week with what you need. Hang in there! You can do this!! We all have faith in you!!

Carpenter Bee I am sorry that you are struggling! What is it you are struggling with most? Do you need someone to watch your kids for a bit, while you exercise? Or is it eating habits? I will help out where I can. I may not live close to you, but I will certainly drive wherever you need to meet you and pick up your kids, so you can go for a walk at least, or I will come to your house and sit so you can go. Just let me know. I have a boy, age 6. He is always looking for a playmate! Let me know, I will help!
