Black Witch Tip


Oh, I have an idea...thanks to Dr. Oz... It's beneficial and easier to diet when you give things up every two weeks... First week, give up all soda. Second week, give up sugar... Third week, give up whatever and so on. Also, he says to eat once piece of whole wheat bread with extra virgin olive oil on it before dinner. It will help with dinner. I think I would toast the bread though. Anyway, he says it makes it easier when you do it in 2 week increments. Most woman found they lost between 6 - 12pounds the first two weeks by giving up soda. I agree with him on that theory because it's hard to go 'cold turkey' on everything at once and you almost always end up cheating. I gave up soda a long time ago and I don't even crave it. Anyway, just an idea for the ones who have a hardtime.......Black Witch!
