After several hours at the computer tonight I have come to the conclusion (with the help of Greg) that I cannot do the extensive daily work-up on everyone that I have been doing.
This - idea/program/what-have-you - has snowballed. A wildfire has spread! I am so very excited to have so many on board, with more continuing to join each day.
So, I will email you a form for you to honestly keep track of your points during the week, and email them to me on Sunday of each week.
I will still do highlights on how people are doing, questions you have, or things you are struggling with.
I love you all, and I am so very proud of the progress you have made!
Please get me your measurements and your picture, if you have not done so already.
Oh, and our colony has now welcomed 2 men!

I am glad you are setting limits for yourself! We can all do some of the work and this has gotten huge! It's very exciting but I don't want it to take a toll on you. We all love you and think you are more than inspired to start this but I am happy to "carry my own weight" as I'm sure others are ;0). Thanks Natalie! You're amazing!
