Okay - here it is! Today is Wednesday. If for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday you do all of the following, you can take Sunday off ... eat & drink what you'd like, and still get 26 points for the day.
Here is what you have to do:
Exercise 30 minutes
Weights 30 minutes/or 200 sit-ups
No Sugar (not even a small taste)
No Soda (none)
Eat more protein, fruit, veggies than carbs
Eat 3-6 meals
Water 8 glasses
Don't eat after 7:30 PM
You must do all of these things, honestly, for the next 3 days.
