Day 7

Carpenter Bee has a terrible bladder infection. She gave into her soda craving and had some, but it's also hard when it's your husband who is tempting you! She has been doing great. Feel better soon!

Woolly Bear Caterpillar has been doing a wonderful job with having no soda. He has done a great job going cold turkey. He has also been doing really good on his eating. No exercise yet, though. Hang in there! You're doing great!

Treehopper has been doing great. She is exercising, and the biggest accomplishment for her, is that she hasn't been eating sweets in the evening after the kids go to bed, and she hasn't done that once!. That right there is SO awesome!! Way to be strong! She also got me her picture! Super job!!!

Tortoise Beetle is still with us. She is finishing up some Dr. Pepper Christmas gifts she got. When that is gone (almost there) she is on board 100%.

Magenta Dragonfly chases around her little kids all day. So, even though she isn't getting "official" exercise, she is moving all day long! She was amazing with her eating! Keep it up!

Luna Moth had a terrible headache yesterday. Took some meds and it made her sick. She did not give in to her caffeine craving. She has stayed strong! She has had no sugar and has been awesome with her eating and water drinking. Great job!

Fungus Riddled Spider has been amazing at giving up Diet cola. She is also totally on board, and is doing great!

Dogbane Beetle just arrived back in the country after being gone for several weeks. She is having some jet lag, and is trying to get back into the swing of things. She is working on cutting out all sugar, and starting to exercise.

Damsel Fly is doing totally awesome! She is considering entering a few races this Spring. That is great! She is doing much better at eating, and really good at fighting the temptations at night for munching. Keep it up!

Costa Rica Caterpillar had to fast today for a medical procedure, and it wasn't a fun one. So her eating wasn't the greatest, but she is still on board and doing great!

Camel Cricket is still feeling quite sick. So she didn't get to eat or get in a full workout. Take it easy and let your body get better. Don't stress.

Black Witch has been so good with cutting out sugar and chips. That is her goal. She is walking everyday, and eating great! Awesome job!

Greasy Butterfly is getting into her groove, but is starting to feel a little tired. She is just going to walk for 30 minutes next work out to let her body recover a little bit. Smart thinking. She is totally awesome with her eating and not giving in to temptation of eating sweets. She is very proud of herself! So are we!!
